Ms. Reynolds brings a blend of public sector insight and private sector experience to the Oil and Gas legal team at Martin Lawyers, PLLC. Before joining the firm, she served as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Small Business Administration, where she focused on lending programs that supported nonprofit organizations recovering from natural disasters. This role deepened her understanding of regulatory compliance, complex financing structures, and the unique challenges faced by mission-driven entities.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Reynolds worked as a landman where she conducted title research and evaluated mineral rights for a number of deals in the Delaware and Permian Basins. Her background gives her a well-rounded perspective on title examination and energy-related legal matters. At Martin Lawyers, Ms. Reynolds focuses her practice on Oil and Gas Law. She brings careful analysis, clear communication, and practical solutions to every title project she handles.
