Mr. Cross has developed an extensive knowledge of the oil & gas industry over the course of his 12+ years in the field. He began as a Landman in Fort Worth in 2013 where he worked on complex title issues and project management. As an In-House Landman for a private equity firm in Dallas, Mr. Cross worked as liaison with royalty owners to resolve disputes and managed acquisition due diligence and title projects. Currently, Mr. Cross focuses his practice on examining title and rendering Title Opinions, and, additionally, assists clients in entity formation, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.
